I've got much the same problem. After all the backordered items in my big order came through, it's been stuck on "has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon" since February (IIRC). Mailed support about it last week (I'd had some other stuff on my mind) and got an automated response [issue-46593] but nothing else. If I don't get any response here I'll pm Amy.
although we do still have a time machine, so I wouldn't completely rule out the possibility.
