On the e-reader front, B&N's new Nook has been announced with a longer battery life than that of the Kindle 3, and they seem to be backing it up with pretty good testing criteria. Amazon, in response, changed how they measure battery life by halving the daily read time they used to reach the "1 month" measurement.
