If your talking about The Secret of Monkey Island Special Edition and LeChucks Revenge Monkey Island 2 Special Edition then they already have. They've been on the 360 for about a year now.
If your talking about EMI or Curse, well it doesn't look like there getting any form of re-release.
If your talking about Tales, possibly, who knows.
