What items were in the Monkey Island blowout pack? Because mine is listed as On Hold, but from my memory, these were the 4 items offered-

ToMI Drinking Vessel
16 Art Prints
Voodoo Cards
Poster Print

Yet all 4 of these items is listed as in stock (and when I create a practice order, they are not listed as on hold). If all the items are available, why put the set on hold? It's beginning to feel like these "blow-out" bundles were cancelled due to the over-all low nature of the cost (i.e. the items were too cheap once reduced again for the sale). I love Telltale, but it makes no sense otherwise. I hope I am wrong.
