My guess is that a lot of your work is behind-the-scenes. I
know you do a lot, but it's not very VISIBLE. Making helpful posts to people asking questions, making note when you've moved or changed something, and otherwise keeping a public face on the actions you're already performing that are EXTREMELY HELPFUL and totally appreciated(by, uh, me at least) would go a long way.
