Many of the people we help are one-post-wonder forum goers over on the support and hint boards, who turn up for help and then disappear again into the internet ether. Or on the JP / BTTF boards where there's not a lot of crossover into General Chat. There's also plenty that goes on behind the scenes - like, see all that spam that isn't here? The whole thing is very much a team effort. So while appreciation is appreciated, I wouldn't put too much stock in the results here.
