First of all, you're in the wrong forum [Edit: This was later moved to a better forum], but to answer your question, unless you have a really slow Internet connection, the best way to get this is to download it, meaning no shipping costs at all. For Wallace & Gromit, the DVD you can get just has the same executables you can download on it, so there's no big reason to pay shipping charges for that. (For other series, the DVD has executables with alternate forms of copy protection, or none at all, so you don't have to connect with Telltale's server to activate it like to do with the downloadable copies. You'd still have to consider if they're worth the shipping cost.)

I can't answer the German subtitle question, sorry.
