I ordered Back the Future the card game on June 4th order number 600130062918067. It is september 6th and I still haven't received this game
. I emailed customer support several times over the summer and was told on June 15th it would ship within 5 days. Nope.
On July 11th I was told that "Our shipping company will be bringing in additional staff this week to get the rest of the orders out." I waited patiently, trying to be reasonable. But by August 25th, my patience had reached it limit. I emailed customer service again asking for either the game or a refund. No response
. I emailed again on August 31st asking for just a refund now (I have lost all confidence in this BS company) still no response (and yes I checked my spam folder)
. This forum is my last attempt to get my money back, I don't know what else to do at this point except contact the BBB and FTC and lodge a formal complaint, which I don't really want to do. I shouldn't be in this position. This is bullshit and no way to run a company. I want the game I ordered OVER 3 MONTHS AGO, or I want a damn refund.
