Here was my setup -

1920x1200
All graphical settings maxed

After toying around with disabling some of them one at a time and re-running that second scene of Episode 1 it was improved significantly only by dropping from Highest to High.

It's playable for that scene anyway, haven't gone beyond that but my guess is whatever additional model/texture/post processing that is being enabled by Highest Quality is what triggers the stuttering, dropping frames and audio sync issues.

Hope this helps others until a fix is available since I hope my machine has enough spare power to push JP through its paces.
