We've seen this problem on occasion when there is an issue during activation. Have you tried activating it again? You can do so by clicking on the "Have a Previous Purchase.." link under the "Buy Full Version" and "Continue Trial" buttons of the trial's reminder screen. Just enter your order number and password then follow the directions as they are presented. If that doesn't work, please let us know. I have alerted our activation support staffer, Paresh, of your problem and he will work to resolve the issue.
