Also, villains tend to have evil minions to design their outfits for them. If it's bad, kill 'em and get someone else to try. If it's good, kill 'em and keep it. It's a pretty efficient system.
All the heroes have are... well, themselves. That doesn't usually work out so well. See almost every superhero who doesn't wear black. |
