I think the fact Bosco seems to be almost entirely concerned for just himself (and protecting himself from his many conspiracies), doesn't much care that he overcharges Sam & Max for his ridiculous inventions that they actually need, and then once he has a ton of money goes off to party and count cards in Vegas pretty much makes him True Neutral. XD
