I'm sorry what is "Steam" I purchased directly from and downloaded from Telltale games. I do not know what "Steam" is. I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn't help either. I've tried all the suggestions I could find in the forums too and so far no luck - the game lets me get through all the opening screens and up to the start game point - then kicks me out.
