It's not delayed. They
announced it was going to be released in June way back on May 17. Telltale sometimes takes a few months between the first and second episode so they can give themselves some wiggle room for the rest of the season. They did the same thing for Back to the Future. They only ever do a two month break for the first episode though, the rest of the episodes are released once a month.
