I agree with you in regards to example, I agree that if it were one part of a series that the store wouldn't return the movie. However, that is why I'm going to the manufacturer. In your example, I would do the same. For a company to make a statement about a release date than they should uphold it. They are making a guarantee of sorts to their customers that they will uphold their commitment and deliver the product that their customers

Once again, I am not bashing the product itself, I am disappointed and angry with the false claim that the company has made to its loyal customers.
