The Steam version of the game is reading my files entirely wrong. It reads one game as not even having completed Episode 1 while it was done with Episode 2 before, and the other mid-way through Episode 2 when it was done with Episode 2, with different choices from earlier if I finish it out no less. This is incredibly frustrating. So much of why I love this game is that my choices carry through and do so well, but now it looks like if I want to make sure that my game is my game I'm going to have to replay through the first two episodes, which is not something that I like. So much of the point to me is that I DON'T go back and change decisions.
The game also randomly decides that I don't have Episode 3 installed even though it was just installed on the main menu.
I hope that this is something that can be patched and isn't a permanent effect of downloading the new episode. I have given this game glowing reviews and I don't want that to change.
