I was wondering that for quite a while already and watching that scene again now, brought me to more "things that don't add up".
I'll provide some pics for clarity.
The scene starts with a Zombie attacking and taking down a bandit.
The Walker seems to feast on his prey behind the barricade while Lee is just about to shoot the last bandit.
Once shot, Lee calls out to the three to move but only Clem does. In the background we see the walker getting up, making his way to Katjaa and Duck. He will obviously ignore the bandit Lee just shot, even though the Walkers did feast on the lady in episode 3 after Lee shot her.
From now on it takes five seconds for Lee to hug Clem and let go. Only then do Katjaa and Duck even try to run for safety.
This is the frame where the scene cuts to Lee, it is quite well possible the Walker got Duck. It is only in the next scene that Katjaa fights back.
There are a few things here that don't add up for me. One would be the Walker's behavior, why did the other bandits totally ignore the Walker, but most importantly, why didn't Katjaa and Duck move when Lee told them too?
