You can get the iOS version for half that price from iTunes and run it on your computer in ScummVM.

Just rename the 7th guest ipa file to zip, and unzip it to a directory. Now run ScummVM, click on add game, and navigate to the directory you installed it in. It will be detected as The 7th Guest (iOS/English). Now, just click on the game in the ScummVM GUI and click Start.
