Molly hands down. The looks are good but her survival skills turned me on. And she had sex with the Doctor for medicine. Kind of hot too.
Carley was hot too though. Slightly better looking but dumber. Seemed more flirty and you got to know her for much longer if you chose her in episode one obviously.
