Since I could download the files over a proxy server, I'm positive that there is a routing problem going on with their server and between our ISPs.. I'd suggest folks to use a proxy server to manually download the PC files from the links in the
fix thread.. Worked like a charm when I used a proxy instead of trying to connect by my ISP. Finished my 1st playthrough without decision importing or other issues.
