Like many, many others, I played the first three episodes and then bought Ep 4. After downloading, I fired it up and, voila, I'm back at the start of Episode 1. I only had the one save file and was saving to my memory stick. I tried deleting Ep 4 and redownloading, logging out and back in, as suggested by Telltale, and nothhing works.
I really don't want to play 3 episodes again, making the same decisions, just to get to where I was. I suppose I could start over and make new choices, but I wanted to finish out the game first.
This sucks and, based in what I'm reading here, I'm not expecting much help.
The least ey could do is refund us or create an interface that allows us to tick off the "choices" we made and then boot up Ep,4 with those choices loaded.
Aaa argh!
