It is pc, indeed - but I don't get it, I can't find a button like this. When the zombie shows up the only button appears on the screen is "Q" and then it's "E". (I mean it says I should press these buttons when it's necessary.) After I've done with these buttons I can do nothing to that zombie that tries to kill Katjaa but watching it's eating me.

when you get the zombie of of katjaa and you are now fighting it u will see red arrows on the left and right sides of the screen and you have to move from side to side with the left or right arrow buttons or the A and D buttons to shake him off than more fighting some of the other people will come to help you and after you kick him in the face you need to press the S button to back away and you will fall to the ground you will that be prompted to use the Q button than when larry comes over push the right arrow button or the d button to move the zombie so larry can kill it and that should be the final step and than you are done hope this helps also here is a video that might help courtesy of nukemdukem starts at 24:50
