There you are given the option to chose who you think did it. You can either say it was Ben or Carley. Depending on your relationship with Lilly you can say it was yourself: if she likes you she'll say there was no way it was you, if she doesn't like you she'll shoot you in the chest. You'll live the shot but you'll need immediate help and nearly die. You may also try to talk her down: if she likes you you can make her stop, if she doesn't like you she wont stop.

My choice would be to take the blame on supplies being stolen. Since I helped Kenny, she'll shoot me. It's a big risk, but if means that no one else ends up dying, well then, that's the way it goes.
