Makes sense to me, by this time, the weak and inexperienced have been weeded out for the most part. I think Season 2 would benefit from starting almost exactly when the apocalypse began. No coma that has the main character walking up to the world already gone to shit. I want to see society as it falls. Chronicling the fall of Savannah and rise of Crawford would be something I'd like to see.
