I'm sorry but what do Lilly and Larry have to do with greed or even anger? Being a leader doesn't make you greedy. It shows that you are stepping up, trying to give your best to a bunch of losers who will be lost without you. Lilly wasn't angry, ever. In episode 3, she was desperate, not angry, not vengeful, just desperate and scared.
As for Larry, I can't say he was angry too. He wasn't easy to get along, he wasn't a friendly survivor, but he wasn't bad either.
Also, kicked from the group?
Larry wasn't kicked, he was murdered and Lilly, she wasn't kicked either, not in everyone's game at least, so I don't think that means something.
