This is the same reply that a 'team member' gave someone who was having the same problem 2 months ago. This is the same problem that I'm having after downloading episode 5 & the update today. Why don't we fix the problem rather than offering sympathy & saying tough shxt, we already got your money? I'm done wasting $$ on TellTale games & spreading the word that it's not worth the time & aggravation regardless of how great a game might seem. Thanks, bye.
