You have to go into the Steam folder and locate both the steam.exe and the walkingdead101.exe files there. For example, mine is located:
D:/games/steam/steamapps/common/thewalkingdead
Obviously, the D:/games part will be wherever your Steam folder is actually located, but the rest of that is the same for everyone. The steam.exe will be in the main Steam folder, and the walkingdead101.exe will be pretty obvious. Right-click both of those, go to properties, then compatibility. You'll see the option to run as admin, not to mention Windows versions and other settings.
