Lee must have been out for two days, but the apocalypse hadn't started when Lee was in the cop car. You can see the Atlanta buildings standing fine. But when you're in Clementine's Neighbourhood, and you meet Shawn and Chet or Andre, you see Atlanta's building on fire with explosions. Like in the
TV series.
