I thought it was Carley because she shows romantic interest in Lee right after Lily says someone's stealing the supplies. I considered the possibility that she was trying to get Lee on her side because she knew she'd eventually get caught, and wanted someone to protect her.
Actually, if Ben hadn't said anything, I would've finished the game thinking it was her LOL.
