Also you have said "we (the player) would know for certain that she isn't trustworthy" for Lilly.
But I would most likely take the risk and trust her, the only reason I hate her is because she shot Carley(DAMN!), until then I really trusted her, I even thought that Carley could really be the traitor just because she said so.
I thought pretty much every decision, complain she made was pretty solid. And if people listened to her things would most likely be better. She somewhat seemed to be afraid of taking risks(even the smaller ones) though so things wouldn't be too good but it would probably be better anyways.
Also in episode 2 it looked like she recovered from her father's death pretty quickly, I mean she was able to save Lee and all after that, and I really thought what Kenny did there was wrong, I doubt anyone else in the group could recover and save Lee after something similar happened to them. Also she didn't seem that hateful towards Kenny(after recovering anyways).
But weirdly in episode 3 group thinks she is getting paranoid or getting mad or something.How ben was on guard duty instead of her was strange yet I thought she proved those speculations wrong when she found out there is a traitor in the group and also taking care of the traitor stuff immediately was also a right choice and Ben was probably about to confess his crimes, stuff seemed pretty fine until she shot carley
