I would've loved for Katjaa to still be around, as other peopled have stated she was Kenny's moral compass and had a very calm way of looking at things. She was good for Clem and would've helped care for Ben too as well as having some medical (vet) training to help the group.
In the house at the end my first run I told Christa and Omid that Kenny was going to care for Clem when I was gone, if Katjaa would've still been alive it would have been a more ideal situation, but I believed Kenny needed a purpose in his life since his family tragedy and that Clem would be the one to help him regain his sanity and will to live.
