Default Activating

I downloaded both Bone games again to get the updated versions, but I'm not seeing any option to re-activate like the old version had, and my online account claims I don't have a purchase history.

There should be a link at the bottom right-ish area of the launcher screen titled "I already purchased this," which will allow you to enter your order information to reactivate.

Also as for your old purchases not showing up in order history, purchases made prior to the new site don't show up in the Order History page at the moment. We're looking into converting everyone's old purchases over to the new accounts, though.

That's what I'm not seeing. I notice though that the launcher screen's layout seems messed up on my computer...it looks like some stuff's being cut off. So I don't know if it's that the link isn't there or if it's hidden.

EDIT: Here's what I'm seeing:

The fact that you're seeing a "Launch Game" button means that your game is already successfully unlocked! It looks like something is freaking out with the area over on the left, but yeah, your registration carried over from the old version. If you hit Launch Game you should be getting the full game, not in demo mode.

Oh! Well, great! I guess I wasn't expecting a launch screen or for it to activate automatically. Thanks!

I'm having problems getting the new version of Cow Race working - I went to findmyorder.com, put in my order number and password and downloaded using the button next to the order details. This seemed to give me the full unlocked version, but it was still version 1.0 (as I purchased Cow Race when it first came out).

So I uninstalled that and downloaded the demo from the Cow Race product information page. Now this is version 2.0, but just the trial version, and when I try to use the "I've already purchased this" link with my order number and password, I'm told that my "order is not complete"...

Yeah, I had that problem as well, but if you click on "Activation Support" you get instructions to get the problem fixed (meaning you send an e-mail to support@telltalegames.com with your name, hardware fingerprint and order number).

We're looking into the "order not complete" issue.

Neil, I got your email and will be sending back an activation key in a few minutes.
