Question Spread too thin...?

Just a thought I had while looking at the list of current TTG projects. Arent you guys spreading yourselves a little thin? why are you working on so many games/series at once? Unless you're a LOT bigger than I get the feeling you are (I'm thinking ~20 people) or you outsource a LOT of work, I dont see how you can do it all and still make regular, high-quality, releases...

Or maybe you only employ dyslexic octopi who can work on 4 PCs at once...

From what I understand, they are only making 1 game right now: Wallace and Gromit.
Some are working on porting Sam and Max Season 2 to wii, but that isn't as big of a project.

I started right around the time the Great Cow Race was shipping, and I was the 17th or 18th person in the office. We're now up to ~60 people, which lets us work on a couple projects concurrently, while also dealing with porting the games across to other systems, work on the website, etc... so that's how we do it, mostly

They're not working on S+M S3?!?!?! BLASPHEMY!!! (lol! j/k)

I had no idea they had so many ppl, I was under the impression it was still a small "garage" operation (of course compared to companies like MS Game Studio, it is still tiny, but 60 ppl for episodic content probably (i.e. really-short-games) isn't that bad, though I still am anxious to see what happens and if tehy can indeed keep up the quality of the last games as they keep adding more projects to their lists...)

Ah, I see. Not familiar with the series really (yes I know Homestarrunner is Strongbad, but never been to the site or played the games)

and that's nothin'! lol if you really want to be funny Chameleon Brothers(TM --- yes it IS Trademarked) is owned and operated by just 1 person! (and we have several subsidiaries too! lol) Though I wouldn't presume to compare my own crap with what TTG has produced, that's an insult to them!

We're in a real office now, and we've got 60 people, but our teams are still not significantly bigger than they were when working on Sam & Max Season Two ... they're just split up onto a couple projects (and we have more people around to do general engine programming across projects, more people to help run the web site and make ads and box art, etc.).
