But I just did!

I pre-ordered Sam and max today (and payed) but when I go to my past purchases screen I get this:

Your Purchased Games
Order ID

Download
You haven't purchased any games!


Order #xxxxxxxxx (offcourse this is a number) | Placed November 1, 2006
Sam & Max Season 1 Collection
Bundle



And I can't activate the full game in the demo because of some weird reason, I get this error:
Your purchase is not complete. Please reattempt payment. (ARM1014)


I am thinking there is a connection between these two things

i get exactly this message when i try to activate it under "I've Already Purchased This"

but i got the order confimation mail with the order number ???
help !

Use the activation support... I got the same thing with the great cow race... Got a reply quick! Just mailed the support about Sam & Max

It's solved... Used the Activation support button in the launcher and mailed support@telltalegames.com... Then about 40 - 50 min later I got a big key for the game, now it is unlocked

I did the same thing, but I'm still waiting for a reply

Do you have to use that big key every time you have to activate the game ? Or can you now also activate it on the normal way ?
