Sorry to fly off the handle but 13 years is a long wait only to have this happen.

Chill dude, got the same problem but it will all sort itself out. Just send the email to the support as the game suggests to get an activation code and you're good to go.

Hey, we all know the feeling I'm sure ;-) So no worries =)
It would be fun to know how many mails they got so far about this issue, and how many they answered =p

I remember an episode on one of the fastferry's I'm working on where half of our passengers did not get their seat number, and me and my colleague had to manually search the bookingsystem for the seat number to every one out of 400 passengers. It's the longest que I ever had ^^

But I guess that's nothing compared to the amount of mail Telltale support is getting right now =p

They fixed the problem and I blew a gasket again when it still didnt work and finally realised that the game password and the website password are not the same thing.

Seems to be my day for being a jackass. : /

Hundreds. And we answered every single one of them, I assure you.
