I just wanted to do this since I got really tired of waiting so long for the Telltale staff to write it. So here are a couple of things I've found.

...asking the innkeeper about ye flask after trying to get it?
...repeatedly going on fetch quests for the evil wizard Slushfuund until he starts repeating himself?
...saying all three of the devil options to Strong Sad? And all three of the angel options?
...using the medkit on Strong Sad?
...getting Strong Sad out of the way of Trogdor's lair BEFORE getting the Trog-Sword?
...lose so much health in the Trogdor 3D hallways that a health pickup comes up?
...use up so much ammo in the Trogdor 3D hallways that an ammo pickup comes up?
...get yourself killed by the KOT?
...get yourself killed by regular Trogdor?
...using Gel-Arshie and the light musket on regular Trogdor?
...using your light-gun on ULTIMATE TROGDOR?
...talk to Homestar twice before using Gel-Arshie on ULTIMATE TROGDOR, twice after, and one final time after defeating ULTIMATE TROGDOR?
...turning your hints up to high and not solve puzzles no matter how obvious?

Yeah that's a pretty good list.. I have not played the game again, but I did find these in my old notes... so here are a few more

Look at the items in strong badia both before and after its burniation?

...try to collect a second light gun?

...while the house is haunted... talk to the cheat, play the fun machine, and use the lappy?

...try to use the space bus to beam up strong sad?
