Unhappy W&G goes down, when I try to steer Wallace / Gromit

The opening sequence runs fine, but when I get to the part where the actual game begins and I try to steer Wallace or Gromit with the arrow keys, the game shuts down without warning. (This also goes for the Tutorial.)

My platform is Windows XP. Which usually gives me no trouble.

Oh - and the graphics quality is set to 1.

You have an integrated video card which usually doesn't run our games very well. If you have already lowered the graphics to one and lowered the resolution and it is still not working I am not sure what else can be done. Sorry. If you can't get it to work we would gladly refund your purchase.

Being a big fan of Telltale Games I have played Bone, Sam & Max seasons I and II and Strong Bad - all of them on this old IBM laptop. But perhaps the time has come for me to accept the fact that if I want to play new games, I must invest in a new PC.

I don't want a refund, as I intend to play the games on another computer some time. Thank you for trying to help - sorry nothing could be done.
