Default Email activation problems

As it seems to me, all registration/buying process is broken permanently. I downloaded Sam&Max demo 3 days ago. Just after testing it for some minutes, I payed for full version from demo itself. There is no steps in this process to check that I really own email address and there is no delivery problems between my email domain and telltalegames.com. It may be check by simple email activation routine. But there is no such thing at all.
Right now, I don't have order id, my money gone for nothing, and if I use option remember password there is still no mails in my box.
In server logs there is:
Nov 10 14:02:04 udaff postfix/smtp[25295]: A9C8958D589: to=<support@telltalegames.com>, relay=none, delay=317257, status=deferred (connect to mail.bytewerks.net[69.42.89.183]: Connection timed out)
for outgoing messages, and no messages from telltalegames in inbox.
So, first of all, I need to find way, to get my order id, and password, that I already forgot with all this problems, and also I suggest you to implement email activation routine.

Hi Bopm,

Please send me a PM and tell me the email address you used to place your order. I just checked the email address that's linked to your forum address and am not finding any orders for you. If that's the same address you used, maybe you mistyped it (which would explain why you're not getting confirmation emails!), so please also tell me your first and last name instead so I can look you up that way.

Our email activation works fine except in some cases where the recipient's server rejects the emails. You'd be surprised how often this happens! (And unfortunately we then have no way to contact the user and let them know.) We're working on it, but in the meantime, posting on the forum is the best way to communicate with us if emails are not going through.

Also keep in mind that ordering does not automatically set up a My Telltale account for you. After ordering, if you create an account on our website using the same email address you used for the order, your order will then be linked to your My Telltale account and you can see your order numbers. Also, the password you create as part of the order is linked to that order, not to your My Telltale account, which is why typing your email address and the password from your order in at the top of the screen doesn't work. Since you've created a My Telltale account to post on the forum, once we locate your order we can link it to this account.

I have same problem for creating my account here, because when I try to create it, system says me, that account with this email already created, and when I make reset password, mail to my email account is also lost.
I'll send you PM right now.
