Episode 1 Fast Travel Bug
I used the fast travel map (while in the basement) and selected Wallaby Street after the event where Major Crum retreated into the basement and the game hung at a screen of the basement floor and didn't allow me to access the menu (it would give me the Tea Break message you get from hitting esc during cutscenes).
