I've hit a brick wall, basically:
1. I've gotten into Club 41 caused a mess and gotten the first news story piece out of that
2. I made the ninja doll, found x marks the spot and got that little weasel kid to piss of, meaning I have the second news story
3. I've got a Flier, Bomb, U shaped glass thing and Flower in my inventory

I have absolutely no idea what to do next, if someone would be kind enough to give me a clue of what I should be doing next then that would be much appreciated.

I don't want any major spoilers so if you could just tell me how to proceed from here whilst still allowing me to try and solve the rest of my puzzles on my own that would be hella awesome!

Play around by the boat.

Click everything, work out what everything does when clicked on, and put two and two together.

Right now, you need to knock the captain off the boat. You do that, you can progress with the story. Knowing that you have to do it is one thing, finding out how is a different method all together.

Is it possible to do this puzzle before the treasure and club ones? the bomb blew me up!? am i suposed to weaken the underpants?

and the bomb is still blowing me up? how do i get it to blow him up? im tired of playing with pink underwear help..

Well I am assuming you know where the bomb goes? In the pink frilly underpants Put the bomb there, then try another way of activating the clothesline without using the crank.

Sort of... If you REALLY want to know... Click on. Click on the clothesline itself after you put the bomb in the underpants. It'll send Winslow flying!.....
