Thumbs down TOMI on windows 7

Hi all.

Any luck running TOMI on windows 7?

I get an error, that d3dx9_41.dll is missing...

I gues that is because win7 run dx11 ....

Any ideas?

Have you tried running this? Don't know whether it works on Windows 7 but on other operating systems it's usually the way to sort out missing DirectX files.

It worked with the DX updater ... guess i was to much of a chicken to run it since it looked unsupported for win 7... and was dx9'ish :-)

Thanks for swift replies ... both answers were good!

Windows 7 includes DirectX 11, but you must install DirectX 9 to play with a lot of games that still use DX9 to support Windows XP. For example, any game from Telltale.

Don't worry, installing DX9 won't mess your DX11 up. It's installed separately as a different set of DirectX libraries.
