Default Major problem with Muzzled and The Last Resort

When I run either one of them, I can only see the text and hear the audio. I cant see anything else while playing the game. I tried uninstalling both but it still happens. Im playing on a laptop. Tell me any websites I should go to to install anything that I need like updating somthing. Thanks

Did any of the other Wallace&Gromit episodes work?

What is the exact Brand and Model of your Laptop?

What operating system are you using?

Further go to your Start menu and click on Run.
Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.
Then go to the Display tab.
From there, post this information:
Name:
Current Display Mode:
Main Driver:
Version:
Date:

Hello "FunzwithGunz", I have already tried to comment on your problem in this thread where you had posted the same question. - As the first episode did not cause any problem, but the hardware requirements increased for the second episode, you probably just reached the limitations of your hardware.

Let's hope he posts the information I requested, so we can see if that's the case.

The first thing you should try is installing The most recent driver suitable for your Operating system.

Afterwards:
Which operating System is it?

Set your Graphic Level to 1 and try if it helps.

You can change the Graphic Level In the Menu of the game. I hope you can still access it.
Otherwise do it in the first episode and look for the file prefs.prop.
It should be in
"my documents/telltale games/wallace and gromit ep 1" or something similar.
Copy it into the folder of the second episode to overwrite it's settings.

Why shift? These are the keys and the Mouse button.
Tab, I, MMB: Inventory

I recommend you to try the mouse drag controls for at least 5 minutes. It takes a little to learn for some people, but then it's really comfortable.

Much better than worrying about so many keys to press.

Could you give us some more information than before?

Start dxdiag:
Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

Now click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

Now you have two options to make it accessible for us. Pick the one that works best for you:
  1. If you know how, you can zip the file and attach it to a message.
  2. You can upload it to Rapidshare and copy the link to the file into a new message.

I just found out that someone had the same problem with the same Graphics card and found no solution.
But that's no reason for us to give up already.

That's just a part of it and pretty much everything that could have been useful is missing.
Try again and do exactly it as i explained above.

Then you should start with installing Vista Service Pack 2

One more thing. I need the exact Model of your notebook.
It is
TOSHIBA Satellite A215
but there have to be some more digits behind the A215. I think you can find them on the bottom of your laptop.
