Default How long is the email confirming your Season 1 upgrade supposed to take?

I'm a bit worried. What's the approximate time the email is supposed to arrive?

Looks like you ordered after we sent the preorder emails, so you wouldn't have gotten a download email. There should have been a download button when you finished checkout, though. You can access that page again by going to http://www.telltalegames.com/support/findmyorder and entering your order id and password (the one you chose during checkout when you bought the upgrade). You should see a big green Download button for both episodes in there.

This form says that my order can not be found
