Default S&M Ep 2 - Activation Problem

Hi,

I've purchased the Season 1 set, and I'm trying to run Ep2. When I run it, I get an error:

"Your purchase is not complete. Please reattempt payment. (ARM1014)"

And it won't activate. Using the "I've already purchased this" method has the same effect.

I've definitely bought it - it's in my Telltale Games site account, and I have an order number and everything!

I'm having the same problem here. I've already e-mailed support@telltalegame.com and waiting for a reply. I hope this gets resolved soon, can't wait to play the game .

I have the same problem too, even though I'm connected to the Internet!

Strange, as I had no such problem with the first one (I bought the whole season).

I am having the same problem too.
I also bought the full season and had no problem with ep1.
Same ARM1014 message, and same response to "I already bought this"...

Telltale reps, please help...

Default Fixed?

Just wanted to update you guys,
After several hours that it didn't work (and I got the ARM1014 error), and about an hour after I posted here, it just resolved itself!
Suddenly it manager to pass the "Retrieving key" step without an error, and the game seems to load fine now.

I've no idea if anybody changed anything, but I'm glad to report it is fixed.

Not only did I get a speedy response from support, but it also seems I didn't need it - I just re-ran the game and it activated properly the first time.

It seems that this problem was due to the server issue Digital River experienced today (which also caused download problems). It's been fixed, so anyone who was having this sort of problem before should try running the game again.
