(1) Source please, it's probably CBS coming back to developer who's had more success in the past after CSI:NY.
(2) Source please. If you mean "they can't base the cases on the show's cases", then I might understand.
(3) Name me a Telltale game that you can freely mod. Hint: you can't. CBS is not responsible for that.
(4) Source please. I've heard Telltale writes the case, and CBS writes the dialogue.
(5) Source please, I understand Grissom may appear as the occasional guest, and Sara is guesting in five episodes in Season ten. Not exactly a permanent role, and probably not enough to warrant inclusion in the game.
