Duate's picture is gorgeous! Her boobs are better-shaped and sized, the tops of her thighs don't look weird, she looks rather stoned...

*Seeing the threads for Winslow and Anemone popping up..*

What on earth have I begun?

AAAAaaaaaaanyway..

Lovely fan art, 10 hours you say? wow.

I was thinking more about this last night and I really do find it interesting that in the opening duel, even though he already lost his hand, the 'Brush makes not one offensive strike or cut towards morgan. as if from the very beginning of their "Relationship" (I mean that in a professional and spacial sense) he is already trying to show her a little bit of the magic of those stories she followed.

Morgan is perfect. She has some mysterious side of her. You can't really tell right away whether she's a goog or a bad guy. Plus she's a beauty.

I'd be thrilled to see Guybrush and her end up together

I should have realized that, from the way the statues were designed. I've got to play again and take a closer look at it. :S

(Also Guybrush and Morgan scream MANATEEEEE! when being eaten. I think Winslow is just screaming like a girl during that scene.)

So far, 'Tales' has been excellent for the addition of some wonderful new characters. Morgan is one, DeSinge is another, and also Anenome. And Winslow already feels like he's been part of the series for ages. I'm really impressed with these characters.

I'm just happy to see that people are finally deciding to give this series a chance without complaining for the next thousand years or so.

Morgan Le Flay is amazing, and the puzzle with her is just another reason why this game could not have been made in 2D. By the next Monkey Island game, people will probably be clamoring to see Winslow, Morgan, and De Singe again instead of and/or alongside Wally, Murray, and Largo.

i think it's less guybrush trying to show her the magic, and more that that's just the way he is. he'd not really the type to attack a woman, even if she is trying to gut him.

guybrush is a good man.

If Telltale cannot get their hands on the MI franchise in the future, they can do very well with a Morgan LeFlay adventure.

Niiiiice! . Very very, nice.
I like Morgan, she's a great new villian, I'd rather have her being Guybrush's wife, then Elaine, she just doesn't seem right for him.

Also, I prefer the original to the cell-shaded. She just seems to fit more with the background

Funny really, first time ever i've heard people even talk about Guybrush's lovelife Him and Elaine have always been such a constant of the series it seemed almost unthinkable to consider an alternative

I think this whole conversation is both ridiculous and either underestimating LeFlay or overestimating Guybrush. It's just what LeFlay says, she can match him blow-for-blow.

And he DOES make an offensive strike, it's one of the alternatives. "See if you can parry THIS!".

Guybrush has to "out-think" his opponent in a fight. The whole point of that sequence was to mirror insult sword-fighting's MEANING and PURPOSE without blatantly ripping the puzzle straight from Secret and Curse, and it was done marvelously.

And they make the point in the 5 minute/10 minute thing that she only THINKS she can match him, it's not proven.

I didn't know about that option, I never saw it. but I'm talking the regular animations, 90% of the time he is parrying her strikes. if she was truely his equal, he woudl be attacking and she would be blocking just as much, but he doesn't.

THAT was my point. there is no over or under estimation just commenting.
