In the meantime, there are two things you can do:
1) Look up the order on
www.telltalegames.com/support/findmyorder Even though it's not showing up past purchases, you should be able to get to the order with download buttons there. I'll send you a password reminder to ensure you have the right password.
2) Use a direct download link - I'll PM one to you in a few minutes.
