Santino is the most perfect being alive or dead. Oh, and he isn't dead, he was merely pretending throughout the episode in order to achieve his true goals, a man like that could never die!

If there is, they could never release it. The glorious, unblemished visage of Santino would have blinded the artist the moment he finished the piece.
