Why can't telltale connect with the server in my computer?
Hello I have downloaded Tales of monkey island episode one on talk like a pirate day (When it was free) and i activated it with no problem. I noticed that sometimes when i started TOMI on my computer sometimes i saw that the fourms, comics and blogs were working. a few times i didn't work i got the message unable to access community content but that was okay since i could still play. A few days ago i bought Sam & Max Season 2 on my mom's account and when i went to activate it, it could not activate because of said connection error, i found out in the support page. It did not connect during the entire day and i sent the manual unlock code yesterday at night to your support e-mail. So i was wondering, Is this normal or is it my computer?

This is not normal. Your manual unlock code is on the way. In the meantime, make sure your IE is updated and turn off any antivirus and/or firewall programs while downloading.
