Use the Fake Leg on the Plant then use the Hook with the Lion's Paw.

You and me both. I think I know where the thing is that I have to do it, but as to what to do, I can't see it. And the hints system is shockingly useless to say the least.

In club 41 the exit out of club 41 now gives Guybrush a quick zapp on leaving
Outside club 41 something is missing that was there previously, a carpet that is now inside club 41
Examine the carpet in club 41, then go to leave
